We inspect, investigate, and test when warranted; we remediate mold and dry out water damage; and we never inspect and remediate the same home within 12 months, which keeps our findings free of conflict.
We built Sterling around one idea: the company telling you how much work your property needs shouldn't be the company that profits from doing it. That independence changes everything — what we recommend, how we report, and whose interests we serve.
Our focus is building science and moisture. Mold doesn't appear without water, so we spend our energy finding where moisture comes from and where it goes. That's the work that actually resolves a problem — and prevents it from coming back.

Giuliano learned this trade the long way — mentored by a veteran with a rare, cross-disciplinary background: a licensed home inspector, general contractor, and public adjuster with decades on Florida properties. That grounding taught him to read a building the way a contractor does, evaluate a whole home the way an inspector does, and document conditions the way a claims professional does — then aim all of it at a single question: where is the moisture, and what is it feeding?
He built Sterling to keep that focus pure. Giuliano assesses — he doesn't remediate, sell repairs, or handle claims — so every finding stays independent, evidence-based, and never for sale.
