Find out what's there, and why.
Licensed mold assessment from Vero Beach to Boca Raton: the moisture traced to its source, sampling only when it answers a real question, and a documented report at a published price.

Short answer
A mold inspection tells you whether there is a moisture or mold problem, where it is coming from, and what to do about it. Sterling offers the inspection itself, laboratory sampling, moisture investigations and maps, written remediation protocols, and clearance testing after someone else's remediation. Florida law bars us from remediating a home we inspected for 12 months, so the report is never a pitch for mold removal.

Attic & roof deck
High riskWarm, humid air rises and condenses on cool roof sheathing. Bath fans venting into the attic and undersized ventilation drive recurring growth here.
Before you book an inspection.
A mold inspection is a visual and instrument-assisted evaluation of a property's moisture conditions and any visible or suspected mold. Sterling assesses accessible areas, takes moisture and humidity readings, uses thermal imaging, documents findings with photos, and explains whether sampling or further investigation is warranted.
