Your number is never sold
We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with anyone for marketing. Not with affiliates, not with lead buyers, not with anyone.
What you agree to when you opt in
Opting in is always an affirmative action — an unchecked box you choose to check, or a message you send us first. We never pre-check it, and we never add a number that did not ask to be added.
By checking this box, you agree to receive text messages from Sterling Mold Inspections LLC at the mobile number you provided, about your inspection request, scheduling, and report delivery. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can book an inspection, receive a quote, and get your report without ever agreeing to text messages. Declining SMS changes nothing about the service you receive or what it costs — we will simply call or email you instead.

Messaging program terms
Program description
Sterling Mold Inspections LLC operates a customer-care and appointment messaging program. We send text messages only to people who have given express written consent by checking the SMS opt-in box on a form on this website, by providing consent verbally or in writing to a Sterling representative, or by texting us first. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not purchase, rent, or import phone number lists.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us. Most customers receive between 2 and 10 messages related to a single inspection — for example, a scheduling confirmation, a reminder, an arrival notice, and a report-ready notification. We do not send recurring messages after your inspection is complete unless you ask us to.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Sterling does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges will apply according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us — or send STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to the number that messaged you. We will send a single confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from us. If you want to rejoin later, sign up again through the form on this website or ask a Sterling representative, and we will resume sending messages.
How to get help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any message for support information, or contact us directly at (786) 690-0329 or contact@sterlingmold.com. We respond to HELP with our business name and contact details.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages depends on your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.
Supported carriers
The program is supported across major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and their affiliated brands and MVNOs. Carrier support may change without notice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and be the account holder of — or have authority to consent for — the mobile number you provide. Text messaging is available to U.S. mobile numbers only.
Privacy
We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on how your information is handled.
Mobile information is never sold or shared
No mobile information will be sold or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Information may be shared with subcontractors that provide support services strictly on our behalf — such as the messaging platform that delivers the texts — and those parties are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
