Short answer

A contents pack-out moves belongings out of the work area during a water or mold job, so the structure can be dried or remediated and the contents protected. Sterling photographs and inventories what we move, packs it, relocates it on site or off site as the job requires, cleans what can be cleaned, and brings it back when the work is done.

See what the eye can't

Thermal imaging reveals hidden moisture.

Drag the slider — infrared exposes the cold signature of moisture behind a wall that looks perfectly normal. It's the difference between guessing and knowing.
