Moisture investigation is performed inside the Basic ($400) or Premium ($700) inspection rather than sold separately. Two add-ons exist for harder cases: a floor plan moisture map at $275 and a humidity logger drop at $295.

No. Air sampling can indicate spore levels but cannot tell you where water is entering. Finding and correcting the source is a separate, essential step — and the one that prevents recurrence.
