HEPA Cleaning & Sanitization
Fine-particle cleaning for the dust and spores that settle beyond the growth.

Short answer
HEPA cleaning removes the fine dust and settled spores that mold leaves on surfaces, furnishings, and contents. Sterling HEPA-vacuums and damp-wipes surfaces, runs HEPA air scrubbers, and applies an antimicrobial where it's appropriate. It handles settled contamination; active growth still has to be removed through full remediation.
Also called: HEPA vacuuming, mold cleaning, post-remediation cleaning

HEPA Cleaning & Sanitization — questions
No. HEPA cleaning removes settled dust and spores. Remediation removes growth and the materials it damaged, inside containment. Many jobs need both: remediation where the mold grew, detail cleaning where its dust landed.
